GoToGuy Solutions

FAQ

Real questions a business owner might ask before hiring us.

What does GoToGuy Solutions actually do?

We solve practical business problems using the right mix of websites, SEO, Google visibility, marketing, AI, technology, research, data analysis, video and creative support. You do not need to know which service to ask for before contacting us.

Do I own my website?

For normal client website projects, the goal is for the business to own and control its domain, content and website accounts rather than being trapped by a vendor. The exact arrangement is confirmed in the proposal.

Do I need SEO every month?

Not every business needs the same level of monthly SEO, but search visibility changes over time. Ongoing work can include Google Business Profile, technical checks, new high-intent pages, content, internal linking, competitor monitoring and reporting.

Wix or WordPress?

Both can be appropriate. The choice depends on the business, budget, editing needs, integrations, growth plans and how much technical flexibility is required.

How long does a website take?

A simple site can move quickly when content and approvals are ready. Larger sites, booking systems, ecommerce, custom integrations and deeper SEO architecture take longer. A timeline is set before work starts.

Can you fix an existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Yes. Sometimes the best solution is a focused cleanup: messaging, mobile layout, speed, SEO, Google visibility, forms, tracking or a stronger landing page.

What information do you need from me?

Usually the basics: what you sell, who you serve, what makes you different, service areas, prices or pricing factors, common customer questions, photos/assets and access to the accounts involved. We can help organize the rest.

How do you use AI with client businesses?

AI is used where it creates practical value: drafting and repurposing content, research, internal knowledge, workflow automation, customer support assistance and analysis. We prefer AI that amplifies real expertise rather than replacing it with generic output.

Is the work one-time or monthly?

Both. Websites, repairs and setup work may be one-time projects. SEO, content, marketing support, reporting, updates and AI/automation support can be ongoing monthly services.

Do you work only in Niagara?

Niagara Region is the local focus, especially for hands-on and local marketing work. Many website, SEO, research, content and AI services can also be delivered remotely.
